3 Sections: Premier, U1200 and U900

Prizes: The number of prizes based on 50 fully paid entries.

Premier: 1st Place $150, 2nd Place $100, 3rd Place $70

U1200: 1st Place $80, 2nd Place $50, 3rd Place $30

U900: 1st Place $50, 2nd Place $40, 3rd Place $30

Round Schedule:
Round 1: 7:00 PM
Round 2: 7:30 PM - ASAP
Round 3: 8:00 PM - ASAP
Round 4: 8:30 PM - ASAP

Entry Fee:
Free entry for GMs/IMs/FMs if committed by 3/9. After 3/9 free entry, but $20 deducted from prizes. Must play all 4 rounds. No byes or tournament withdrawal allowed.

Non-Club members: $20

RCC Members: $15 (Must bring membership card as proof)

Online registration will close on March 12th at 10:00pm.

Must check in by 6:30pm. Players that arrive after 6:30pm the day of the tournament may not be guaranteed to be paired for the first round.

Those that pay in advance do not need to check in.

Payment: Make payment by March 12th to guarantee your spot as we have a limit of 50 players. (Add the Player’s name and tournament date)

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Byes: Players may request up to two half-points byes. All byes must be committed to before the start of the first round.

Participant Limit: The total number of registrations is limited to 50 players. Priority will go to those that paid in advance.

Parking: Free parking is available for the first two hours in Parking A / B, located next to the club.

Electronic Device Policy:

● Possession of electronic devices that is turned on or makes a noise: This will result in forfeiture of the game.

● Players that are found with Possession of electronic devices that is turned off:

     -  First violation:  2-minute time penalty, not exceeding half of the remaining time on the clock for the current time control.

    -  Second violation:  Forfeiture of the game.
