Entry Fee: Free entry for GMs/IMs/FMs if committed by 2/9. After 2/9 free entry, but $20 deducted from prizes. Must play all 4 rounds. No byes or tournament withdrawal allowed.

Byes: Players may request up to two half-points byes. All byes must be committed to before the start of the first round.

Participant Limit: The total number of registrations is limited to 50 players. Priority will go to those that paid in advance.

Equipment: All necessary chess sets, board and clock will be provided.

Parking: Free parking is available for the first two hours in Parking A / B, located next to the club.

Electronic Device Policy:

● Possession of electronic devices that is turned on or makes a noise: This will result in forfeiture of the game.

● Players that are found with Possession of electronic devices that is turned off:

     -  First violation:  2-minute time penalty, not exceeding half of the remaining time on the clock for the current time control.

    -  Second violation:  Forfeiture of the game.
